I recently visited a McDonalds and had what I like to call the Universal McDonald's experience.  Every time I go to McDonalds at least 3 of the following things happen to me, sometimes more never less.

1.  I wait in line, no matter if it is the meal time rush or at an odd hour, I always wait in line.

2. There is insufficient help behind the counter.

3.  The person taking my order is either inept, has a bad attitude, or generally could care less if I get my order.

4. My order is taken and I am sent to the end of the counter to wait with an unruly crowd of people waiting for their order.  Incidentally in both cases the topic of conversation is usually how the particular town or area needs more than a McDonalds or that they will never come back to McDonald's again.

5.  The order is wrong and I have to take something back and the rest of my food gets cold while I wait for the problem to be corrected.

6.  The restaurant is not clean and needs attention.

Of course this is all for mediocre food, but that is a matter of opinion.

It does not matter where I go through out my own state or throughout the country, I have had this experience at every McDonald's I encounter.
